Last week i went and tried out a pizza chain called Blaze Pizza! The concept of Blaze is that they cook wood fired pizzas and use fresh ingredients! I got their signature ‘White Top’ pizza which is a white sauce based pie with mozzarella cheese, chicken, arugula, pesto, and garlic on it! It was very delicious and I love that they offer personal sized pizzas because I definitely devoured this thing! The overall process of ordering the pizza and receiving it is very quick which I appreciate. Overall I definitely like this concept and will be coming back again!
